As a person I'm well organised, therefore you will see a structured design process. In order to work effectively, it is important to dive into the problem. The first part of the design is about finding your bottleneck, your story, and doing research. In the second diamond (dereived from the Design counsil) we start with creating new oppertunities, designs, ideas. This is where the magic happens. Througout the whole design process I like to work in iterations. Here we create something, validate it, and learn from it in order to go to the next step. A human centred design process is the basis for my design. We always design something which will serve users in the end. So let's design with the user(s) in mind. I find it important to work closely with my clients. I expect proper input and feedback when asked, just like you ask me for proper design proposals.
